The 5th annual GRTTC event on March 23, 2010 was a huge success. Compared to last year’s starting temps of 21F, today’s 45F was like a heat wave. And, literally, the heat wave (62F) was upon us when it came time to ride back to our respective starting points. Personally, I always start from the Roswell City Hall; I use to live in Roswell so it was a no-brainer but now I live in Lawrenceville...and you know what they say about habits. Since moving out further, I don’t see or ride with many that I have done so for several years. This event is sort of a homecoming for me, as inevitably run across some of those great riding buddies. The group riding back to Roswell this year was by far the largest ever...approximately 200+ (I’m not an expert on guessing). With the help of Roswell’s finest police motorcycle escort, it surely made a difference on safety. THANKS GUYS!!!!!! If you have never participated in this annual event, you need to mark your calendar as soon as 2011’s date is announced; oh, that will be in the month of March.
