Placing new cleats or either adjusting your current cleats is just as detailed as a Bike Fitting. There IS a science to doing this correctly. Three major factors dictate how a cleat is positioned on the shoe. Get any of these factors wrong, and it is a power loss. Really? Yes, really. One Kona IM qualifier gained an additional 25 watts just by positioning his cleats correctly. This session requires you to bring your bicycle and shorts, to accurately confirm positions.
Any items needed to complete the Cleat Fitting (e.g. cleats, shims, etc) are an additional cost. Remote Cleat Fitting is an additional $35.
